My role
Website Designer
What I did
- Audited existing website and its navigation
- Updated Information architecture and sitemap
- Explored concept and visual direction
- Created mockups and considering responsive layout
- Designed motion & interaction
Product outcome
- +18% contact submissions
- –22% product page drop-off

WEBSITE AUDIT
I audited the existing site to update the sitemap, decided what content to keep vs remove, and confirm responsive needs based on device usage.

SITE-MAP UPDATE
After reviewing data, I saw that users who were looking for products also went to offers pages before leaving the website. In order to make the content more organized and support the navigation I merged these two sections and added filters.

VISUAL DIRECTION
Creating mood-board beforehand helped:
- Set clear visual direction (type, color, imagery, tone)
- Faster alignment with stakeholders early, so I could validate the look-and-feel before starting UI work
- Fewer revisions later, because expectations were agreed upfront

WHAT’S SHIPPED
- Simplified IA + top nav (Home, Work, About, Contact).
- Redesigned key pages (Home, listing, detail, About, Contact).
- Responsive UI + motion specs for browsing.

LEARNINGS
- Clear hierarchy and fewer choices drives conversions more than “prettier” visuals;
- Strong typography and spacing systems create most of the perceived quality on small marketing sites;
